Our Story
Bowen Mechanical Repairs, or BMR as we like to call ourselves, was born out of a passion for all things mechanical.
We noticed early on that customers didn’t like the ‘factory’ or ‘workshop’ approach to mechanical repairs. While this approach is convenient and efficient for the workshop, it's not always convenient for the customer. We also noticed that many of our customers cared deeply about their cars, machinery and plant. It wasn't just a bike or a car or piece of plant for them it was their life and their business. Recognising these challenges we decided to form our own mobile mechanical service.
For us at BMR it is vital that our customers are heard. That means we want to understand the exact nature of the fault and repair. If you don't know (that's ok too) we will investigate and give you a full report. By doing this we believe we can provide the best advice to create a tailored mainetnenace and repair plan that not only fixes the problem but also meets the needs of our busy customers.
So what started as a hobby has today become a thriving mobile mechanical repair service.

- We actively prepare and use anti spill measures in all our repairs
- We comply with all Environmental Protection Agency Regulations
- We recycle parts, batteries and scrap metals removed from vehicles
